Elliot Mason Artist Series Trombone

I want to start by saying I absolutely love this trombone. Everything about the way this looks, plays, and feels is exactly what I wanted when I purchased this horn. However, I do have 2 stipulations when it comes down to it. First, the slide came pre-lubricated with sub-par lubricant. This wouldn't be so big of a deal but it made the slide stick like crazy when I tried playing it out of the box. Secondly, the mouthpiece I was sent didn't fit in the trombone. Yup, the mouthpiece that came with the horn DID NOT fit. This trombone is a small-bore trombone, but the mouthpiece I was sent was a Jupiter 5G large-bore mouthpiece. Thankfully I own a Bach Strad 42O I can use the Jupiter with, and I have other small-bore mouthpieces, but if that wasn't the case, I'd be out of luck until I could get my hands on a proper mouthpiece.
