XO 1240L-T Professional Independent System Bass Trombone

The XO 1240RL-T Bass Trombone is the flagship bass trombone of the XO line and features a .571" bore, 9 1/2" 2-piece rose brass bell and dual independent axial flow valves.  It also has three interchangeable leadpipes; instead of different sizes XO provides two different lengths of yellow brass leadpipe as well as sterling silver.  The 1240RL-T has a warm, open sound with a broadness but still good projection; it stays fairly centered in the baritone-tenor range and has the typical axial-flow responsiveness in the trigger range.  A very nice playing option for the player looking for color and stability!
