BAC ships using UPS

B.A.C. Music Center will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange your item must be returned within 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not give refunds for the following items (these items may only be exchanged for the same product if defective): recorders, tin whistles, harmonicas, and accessories including but not limited to pegs, bows, bridges, shoulder rests, strings, reeds, cleaners, lubricants, polishes, polishing cloths and cleaning kits. New mouthpieces are subject to a $5.00 restocking and sterilization fee. Used mouthpieces are not eligible for return. New instruments can be taken on a 7-Day trial and cannot be returned if purchased after the trial period. Used instruments and accessories are bought AS IS and cannot be returned. We offer a one year warranty on both new and used instruments. Service and repairs carry a 90-day warranty. All returns and warranties require proof of purchase and are subject to manager approval
